Photo of the Day #49 – June 27, 2012

This was a quick one I did tonight while running to the bank with Krista. It’s was almost entirely black out, but with a long exposure I could pull out all the hidden colour in the sky. The clouds where also moving pretty quickly which caused a kewl painted effect.

This shrunk down version sure has a lot of artefacts, go look at the full size. I should start exporting at 100% instead of 60%.

I’m going to entitle this photo “Where the subways sleep”. This is the Greenwood TTC yard at night where a lot of the subways end up to be serviced or repaired.

Bah! I missed another day. I really have to stop slacking. Photo of the day number 44 comes curtsey of the Royal Ontario Museum and it’s Friday at the ROM parties. This is a photo of the new huge dinosaur in the main lobby of the ROM with a whole bunch of party-goers below. Look how small they are in comparison.
